Sweet Potato Casserole II

Super fantastic & yummy!! It's like sweet potatoes with a cookie on top (we omitted the pecans and instead used granola)!!

Oatmeal Strawberry Bread

I don't know, I think this is simply too much oatmeal for our tastes. No one liked this in our family, although I did learn that cinnamon goes well with strawberry though, so thanks for that!

Condensed Milk Chocolate Frosting

This was fantastic and super easy. I followed the recipe and it worked wonderfully, yummy & just the right thickness for frosting. If you follow the directions, you won't have any trouble. I did use hersheys unsweetened cocoa powder instead of squares, the measurements are on the back of the cocoa can for this common substitution.
