I've always loved baking growing up. I would always insist on trying to help my mom, grandmother or aunts in the kitchen- regardless of whether or not I was more of a hindrance than a help. I appreciate all types of cooking nowadays because it's an outlet for creativity and an opportunity to try new things.

Turkey Bacon Avocado Sandwich
I like the addition of th avacado. I made mine more into a spread rather than slices.

Fragrant and Healthy Carrot Cake
A niced alternative to all the recipes with 5x the amount of oil and twice as much sugar.

Awesome Spicy Beef Kabobs OR Haitian Voodoo Sticks
