Spicy BBQ Chicken

Delicious! We used Chipotle hot sauce and it turned out great. Will probably puree and use for bbq wing sauce!

Healthier Pie Crust

Very good. I added a little bit of brown sugar for some extra flavor. Definitely recommend. I made it with low-fat pumpkin pie and pumpkin cream pie.

Chinese Chicken Soup

I didn't have any chili paste so I used about a tablespoon of curry paste. Also didn't have any celery so just put a bag of mixed veggies in the soup. Turned out great.

Did not have any buttermilk (and I dont like all the fat!) So just used Skim, the breading stuck very well to the chicken. I didnt marinate it the full amount of time, probably about 20 minutes. Also deep fried, very tender & juicy. Tasted great.

Blooming Onion and Dipping Sauce

We just made the dipping sauce to go with some onion rings (see: Spicy Onion Rings) very good. Didnt have any regular mayo so we used fat free, looks kind of weird but tasted very good without all the fat!

Very good, the batter stuck very well to the onions. Wasn't very spicy, we added some more cayenne pepper to "kick it up a notch.."

Baked Potato Soup

Very good! I added 1/2 cup of regular milk instead of cream which made the soup a little thinner, so i counteracted by adding an additional tablespoon of flour. Also added some healthy choice sausage cut into small pieces! Delish! Will make again.

Very good, i added some spicy seasoning salt and some worchestershire sauce as someone else had mentioned. Also did not have any ham so I added some hot dogs, tasted great!

Easy Batter Fruit Cobbler

I didn't use the butter, just sprayed the baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. I also used strawberries and I had a banana that I cut up and through in. Tasted good! Next time I think I wouldn't add as much sugar as my strawberries are plenty sweet.
