Chicken and Artichoke Pizza with Fresh Tomatoes

Reviewed: Jun. 2, 2008
Loved it! We tried with sauce, but next time we'll try part without sauce. The sauce seemed to mask part of the artichoke flavor we think...our own fault- not part of the recipe.

Chocolate Eclair Dessert

Reviewed: Jun. 1, 2008
Definitely 5 star yumminess! I went with the chocolate sauce recipe that someone recommended and I would put less sugar and a little less cocoa in that part. But the recipe for the actual dessert was perfect!

Pretty good, healthier that's for sure. You don't need much of the olive oil at all.

Chicken Curried Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2008
This recipe tasted ok. It seems like it is missing something though. Maybe i'm just used to typical chicken salad recipes...but it seems like it needed almond slices or grapes or some other flavor to add. Just ideas. We are a huge fan of recipes with chicken and artichokes, however this one was just ok.

Swiss Chicken Casserole II

Good, but a little dry and salty. Although I forgot to cover it while it cooked, so that may be why.

Cajun Style Burgers

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2008
I thought it was ok. It was a little heavy on the cajun seasoning so I could taste nothing else. But I think if I put a little less in the sauce, it might even out just right.

Cajun Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2008
Yu-uhm! My husband gave this a 5 star all the way! I added a little extra of each of the spices, but I think it would've been ok without doing that. This has become a regular!

Butternut Squash Soup II

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2008
Yummy soup-I felt healthy eating it. And it was pretty easy to make. I wish I would've read the reviews and cooked the squash separately, but I just used a vegi peeler and it went pretty quick. I followed the recipe except that I had used up my celery with other recipes, so that it lacked. I think next time I will add a couple other spices, yet it definately had a full vegi flavor as is.

Glazed Meatloaf I

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2008
This was a good meatloaf. The glaze was tasty -- but a bit too sweet. I used breadcrumbs instead of bread (because I was out). It was good. I just have another recipe that used BBQ sauce that I think we prefer.
