Southern-Style Chocolate Gravy

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2014
This meal has more sentimental meaning than anything. This recipe is the closest I have found the one my grandma used when I would get to spend the night as a kid.

Sweet Potato and Apple Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2013
This dish was an impromptu addition to my dinner contributions for Thanksgiving. The 5 stars was given by the hosts, and family who ate them. I am not a big sweet potato person, however, the reviews given by my friends were even balanced flavor, unique recipe that that a few have already added to their boxes. On ease to make, and change as required, This recipe is one of those forgiving dishes, which allows you to put the personal touch without compromising the integrity of the dish

Chocolate Cherry Drops

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2013
Five stars on ease to make, I loved the flavor. I really am ecstatic that I found a use for the random odds and ends I tend to have to toss out like the cocoa powder and cherries. These are a wonderful idea if you need something quick, tasty, and unique.

Apple Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2013
This smells phenomenal. I did add vanilla as a couple people suggested. I did not check to verify ingredients on hand and had to substitute 1C of wheat flour to make up the missing all purpose. At first taste I am excited to see how it is cooled down. The slow baking process can only benefit this bread, but, I did not prepare for the time needed adequately.

Easy Mouthwatering Baked Ravioli

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2013
This Baked Ravioli was easy to put together, and proved very adaptable for individual need or tastes.I replaced the beef with Medium Spicy Italian Sausage, had to omit the Italian seasoning, as I forgot to buy it. I had a ton of garden fresh tomatoes, and used these in place of the canned. My pastor's family loved it, and a couple who stopped by to visit inhaled some as well. This is by far one of the best group dinners I have had the pleasure to make.

Banana Nut Muffins

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2012
I made this recipe for mini muffins, which were used for gift baskets for a conference. This recipe was awesome. The muffins smelled wonderful, and tasted even better, I did cut the lemon zest by half in my second batch. I will be using this recipe again. Thanks for posting it.

I love to make upside down cakes. This cake was a gem to discover while looking for a last minute dessert option for an impromptu dinner party. The house smells delightful, and cake is not only seasonally appropriate, but it is a unique and tasteful addition to a tradional dinner.

I am not the world's bes baker by any means. However, these rolls were easy to prepare, and quick. A last minute idea which will be a perfect cap to a family dinner. I did cut the recipe down, due to the amount needed, but, they still turned out great.
