The 2-1/2 lbs of pork ribs I had turned out sooo very tender using other reviewers suggestions of cooking for 2-1/2 hours at 300 degrees. Also made up my own rub of paprika, cocoa, garlic powder, salt, pepper and cayenne and applied before marinating for just 2 hrs. Also did the broiling to sear the sauce on the top. Only did it for 3 minutes as I failed to remove the foil and almost burned the house down :).
