Classic Macaroni Salad

Ever since I found this recipe a couple of years ago, we LIVE on it during the summer. Best macaroni salad I've ever had!!!

DEEEEEE LISH! But I cut back to 3 eggs and a tad less milk. Also following another reviewer, I poured the egg mixture over the bread cubes - cinnamon raisin bread - and let it soak in for 10 minutes. Covered it for the first 30 minutes then cooked it uncovered for another 30. I thought I'd died and gone to heaven!!!!!! I'll be making this A LOT from now on!

Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs

Taking others advice, instead of 2 cups of ketchup, I used 1 cup of ketchup and 1 cup of bbq sauce. I thought these were incredible. Also a plus, not turning on the oven or stove when it's 87 degrees!! AND such an easy cleanup. I recommend this recipe - with my changes - to everyone.

Slow Cooker Cranberry Pork

I've made this with skinless, boneless checken breast twice so far. All I can say is ........ WOW!!!!! I usedwhole cranberry sauce and low fat french dressing or thousand island dressing.

Curried Cauliflower

OMG!!! This is out of this world!!!! The only changes I made were: added another teaspoon of curry and used panko instead of crackers. Stuck it under the broiler for a minute or two. Couldn't stop eating it! Can't wait to make again!!!!

Stuffed Brie

oops, left out a few things. I did not cut brie in half. Instead I topped the brie with the onion mixture. I baked in the oven, not microwave, and topped it with the onion mixture when it came out of the oven.

Rhubarb Crunch

Raisin Bread French Toast Casserole

I've been making this recipe once a week for about a year now. The only difference is my recipe calls for mixing sugar with the cinnamon for the topping. This is so good!!! I serve it for a casual dinner. In fact that's what we're having for dinner tonight! By the way, I use Panera's Cinnamon Raisin bread and have it sliced thick. OUTRAGEOUS! So good it should be illegal!!!!
