Cindy's Jambalaya

I made this Monday after work and it was great. I subsituted the shrimp with skinless,boneless chicken thighs and cooked the chicken along with the sausage. It smelled good and tasted even better. It was easy and didn't take much time to make at all.

Mexican-Style Goulash

I made it exactly as the recipe except I make the pasta on the side,since I have had problems in the past where the pasta was undercooked, and it was great. Had it last week and making it again tonight.

Slow-Cooker Pepper Steak

OMG!! This was soooooooo Good!! No leftovers. I loved it so much I shared it with a couple of my friends. I will make it again but will double the recipe so can have leftovers for lunch the next day!!

Lemon Square Bars

I am not a lemon lover but had a craving for something with lemon in it. I made these lemon bars this past weekend and I LOVED THEM. Can't or should I say, shouldn't eat too many at once. I would make this and bring it the next gathering in a heart beat!!

Oven Fried Chicken III

I made this last night and my husband and I loved it. I actually made chicken legs and cooked 25 mins on each side at 400 degrees. My son is a picky eater, still at age 32, and I told him about it and he said he would try it. This is so much easier and less clean up then frying in a fry pan.

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

I made this last night. Didn't see other reviews, which I noramlly do, so it wasn't sticky, sauce never thickened and the chicken was dried up. Would try again but will follow other reviewers advise.

Amber's Sesame Chicken

I made this last night and it turned out GREAT. It took more time then I thought but it was because I had to cut up the chicken and I used boneless chicken thighs, next time will but the chicken strips. It's a keeper, my husband loved it. I also used peanut oil instead of vegetable oil.
