Roasted Vegetable Ratatouille

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2013
I made this last night and loved it! I did add an onion and 4 big cloves of garlic sliced thin. I used a 28oz can of chunky crushed tomatoes with basil & oregano and served it with grilled sweet Italian sausage.

Grandma Ople's Apple Pie

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2012
This was just wonderful! Using 6 large apples was good, I poured half of the sauce over the apples, prepared the lattice ahead and it was perfect. Did not burn, or drip out! Family allergy to cinnamon makes this a perfect apple pie. Very very happy with it!

Best Ever Brisket

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2011
I made this for a special dinner and followed the directions exactly. The meat was very tender, but it was WAY to much seasoning. It was so salty, I added 2 cups of really hot water to it after slicing just so i could eat it. Not sure if I would follow the seasoning ever again.

Hudson's Baked Tilapia with Dill Sauce

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2010
Great recipe!! I baked it at 400 for 10 mins and it was perfect! I used lots of cajun seasoning and thought it was fantastic. Will absolutely be making this again. Thanks for the recipe!

Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2008
I've made this 2 times now and I LOVE it!! What a great, creamy, flavorful soup. I used Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice mix & whole milk, rather than cream, and it was fantastic. I was looking to recreate a soup from the restaraunt I work in and hit the nail perfectly on the head.

Funky Frito Fruckies

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2007
I loved it! My teenagers loved it! Made a big sheet pan full, put it in the fridge and went to work. Half gone when I got home, even though they knew they weren't supposed to eat it. It is addictive and delish! I will crush the fritos a little next batch. I melted an 8oz hershey bar, put it in a baggie and poked a small hole in it and drizzled the chocolate all over the top to make an even coat, on the second batch. I liked that much better than trying to let the chips melt on top. To bumpy to spread evenly. All around wonderful.

Cranberry Orange Loaf

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2007
This is definitely the best Cranberry Bread ever!!! I made it in small loaf pans, doubled the recipe using 1 whole bag of cranberries and sprinkled "Sugar in the Raw" over the top, and used 1 cup sliced almonds instead of the pecans. It makes 7 small loaves. Positively my favorite. My search for the perfect Cranberry Bread has ended! Thanks for the fabulous recipe.

Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2007
I made this for Thanksgiving dessert, and it was awesome. It took way longer to bake though. I used Hershey Special Dark morsels and melted them, adding them to the pecan syrup mixture. It was delish!

Oatmeal Chocolate Coconut Chewy

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2007
Made these cookies, followed recipe to a T. Absolutely, hands down, the best cookie I've ever made and eaten! Even my 16 year old daughter, who doesn't compliment anything, said they were great!
