Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

LOVED IT! Followed the recipe almost exactly...just added a bit of Italian seasoning to the sauce and the meatballs. Also used my stick blender in the sauce to make it a bit more smooth.

Classic Bran Muffins

Yummy and healthy too. I used mashed bananas in place of oil and used 1/2 cup wheat and 1/2 cup all purpose flour. I also added some coconut and cinnamon.

Favorite Corn Bread

Great basic recipe. I used vegetable oil instead of shortening because that's what I had. I've made this lots... add corn, cheese, green chilies, and onion for a different flare!

The Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookie

Just okay. I definitely prefer the taste and texture of butter in chocolate chip cookies but if you are looking for an alternative these are fine.
