Cheesy Broccoli and Vegetable Soup

This is really good and simple. I made broccoli cheese soup and just cooked 2 lbs broccoli in the chicken stock, then mushed it up with a potato masher. I had major trouble with the butter flour mixture. It made a huge clumper and took forever to smooth out, so next time I will use equal parts butter and flour. Great easy recipe!

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

This is so good and easy to make! It was in the freezer in about 5 minutes. I only used an 8 oz tub of whip topping. I filled 1 crust really full and saved the rest in the whip cream tub. I will definitley make this again but add somethind chololate to it.

Strawberry Whipped Sensation

I made this for Hubby's bday and it was fantastic! Next time I will puree all the strawberries, and the frozen bits were hard to chew, I also want to make this in popcicle molds this summer.

Jalapeno Soup

Mine separated too! :( I even did the flour trick and still had about half the cheese make a big glob in the bottom of the pan. The taste is WONDERFUL though, so I must give it 5 stars. It is very spicy. I used jalapeno cheddar cheese and I think that made it. Next time I will use half the cheese and add potato. Jalapeno cheddar potato soup? oh yes!

Ham, Potato, and Cheese Soup

This is the best! I didn't really like the ham in it, because the ham lost a lot of flavor. I will have to try a better ham or just more veggies next time. It is soooo good. I didn't need the milk.

Apple Squares

These are absolutely the best thing ever. I can't believe how good they are! I accidently used a stick of marg, so mine came out very moist. I used pecans and it was incredible! I really can't believe how good they are. This will be my standard coffee cake recipe from now on. I'm going to try it without the apples and make a crumb nut topping next week.

Golden Oven Omelet

I added ham, cheese, and ground mustard. next time I would use less ground mustard (someone's else's review). some bites had too much mustard. also, 1 tsp salt was plenty. Thanks for a great recipe- I had no idea how to make an oven omelet and this one came out fantastic! I also made pancakes and this served 10 people with leftovers.

Overnight Cinnamon Rolls I

These we good, but not spectacular. I like my cinnamon rolls super extra sweet and gooey so they make you sick. These didn't have enough filling for me, but other people liked that about them. It's just a preference thing :)

Banana and Strawberry Smoothie

Everyone knows that strawberry and banana in a blender with milk comes out great every time! The drop of food coloring gives it a beautiful strawberry color, making it more appealing to guests and kids.
