Sourdough Chipotle Chicken Panini

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2010
If you have a panini press, you absolutely need to make this! Here's what I did with mine, and they came out perfect: (1) Cooked chicken tenders on a skillet with minced garlic, salt, and pepper and until cooked through. (2) Chopped up the chicken using my Ninja chopper so it was shredded into small pieces. (3) Used Ken's Healthy Options Caesar Dressing. (4) Used reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese. (5) Used Hormel bacon bits. (6) Used Land-o-Lakes Light Butter. This still isn't the healthiest sandwich in the world, but if you cut the calories in a few easy no-brainer ways it doesn't hurt the flavor AT ALL. I wanted to take a new picture for this recipe to do it some justice but both paninis were gone before I had a chance!

Restaurant-Style Zuppa Toscana

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2008
I followed OMAHA's crock pot recipe on this one and it is incredible! It tastes EXACTLY like your favorite soup at that famous italian restaurant we're all looking for. The only thing I did differently was add a little water to tone down the saltiness but other than that it was great! The advice to add the cream in the bowl and pour the soup on top was perfect, that way you don't have to worry about it curdling in the crock pot.

Fried Rice Restaurant Style

This is incredible...so easy to make it's pathetic and it comes out AWESOME. If you're looking for something awfully close to your favorite Chinese restaurant that only takes a few minutes to make, this is for you.

Easy Beer and Ketchup Meatballs

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2008
I used my own meatball recipe because what this recipe called for was extremely bland. I found the ketchup and beer sauce to be much too sweet, to the point where it was inedible. While cooking, it produced a disgusting smell that made me nauseous. All these things combined, I simply could not enjoy the sauce and ended up eating the meatballs separately. I would not recommend this recipe.
