Scott Hibb's Amazing Whisky Grilled Baby Back Ribs
Scott, your rib recipe is perfect. We have prepared this same recipe a dozen times now and each time the ribs are just as tender as they were the first time they were served. Your BBQ sauce is just as awesome. Tangy and Sweet. I have recommended this recipe to family and friends. 1st time readers: If you are preparing this dish for the first time, don't change a thing. Make sure you keep the ribs at 300, covered in foil (double the foil if necessary) for 2 1/2 hours just like the chef recommends. As far as the sauce? You can try a good bottled version, but with all my testing...Scott's BBQ sauce compliments the ribs and is the best choice.

Chai Tea Mix
Excellent Taste! The spice mixture blends very well together. This chai tea is wonderful to warm up to on chilly evenings. Try using decaffeinated unsweetened tea, you won't taste the difference. The ground cardamom is an expensive spice, but well worth the purchase.

Cranberry Hootycreeks
Awesome Presentation. The cookies warm out of the oven are fantabulous. As other viewers have suggested, the cranberries and white chips are such a nice change to the standard chocolate chip cookies... especially during the holidays. Thanks Susan for sharing!
