About this Cook
I love to eat, and love to cook for myself as well as for the ones I love. Disclaimer: I wouldn't actually call myself a cooking expert, because there are still many dishes I haven't mastered yet. But my friends and family do love my cooking.
My favorite things to cook
Korean BBQ short ribs from scratch. I make my own marinade.
My cooking tragedies
Chili Rellenos. I've tried twice with two different recipes. The time I spent on making this dish was just not worth it. I've made up my mind that from now on, I'll go to the restaurant whenever I have cravings for chilli rellenos again.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken
Best teriyaki chicken recipe I've ever tried. Simple and delicious!! Sometimes I replace the apple cider with Mirin, which I suspect may be what they use in Japan anyways...
