Italian Cream Cake II

I used hazelnuts instead of the walnuts and soaked each layer with amaretto before frosting. It was amazing!

Broccoli Casserole

This was great! I used a 16 oz. bag of shredded cheddar cheese instead of the processed cheese spread and it turned out wonderfully!

Almond Crusted Chevre and Grape Truffles

This is a good recipe. To save time I chopped up the grapes and mixed them into the cheese and then rolled everything into one giant cheese ball. I also tossed in a little garlic.

Chocolate Pudding Cake II

Love this! Not only is it delicious it is quick, cheap, low calorie AND makes no mess! I see why the directions say to stir with a fork because the dough does get very sticky, like biscuit dough, but I easily spread it in the dish with my fingers. This time I doubled the sauce since I'm an ultra chocoholic, and next time I'll do the same plus double the cocoa in the batter and add a dash of cinnamon. Since there were so many comments about the bake time I took it out after 30 min. and it was perfect.
