Chocolate Pudding Cake II

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2011
Love this! Not only is it delicious it is quick, cheap, low calorie AND makes no mess! I see why the directions say to stir with a fork because the dough does get very sticky, like biscuit dough, but I easily spread it in the dish with my fingers. This time I doubled the sauce since I'm an ultra chocoholic, and next time I'll do the same plus double the cocoa in the batter and add a dash of cinnamon. Since there were so many comments about the bake time I took it out after 30 min. and it was perfect.

Barbacoa

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2011
This recipe is pretty good. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the meat needs to be browned before roasting, and because the final product didn't have that spiciness I like barbacoa to have. Next time I'll add more chilies.

Almond Crusted Chevre and Grape Truffles

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2011
This is a good recipe. To save time I chopped up the grapes and mixed them into the cheese and then rolled everything into one giant cheese ball. I also tossed in a little garlic.

Very easy and always turns out tender. I've used the same method to cook chicken with a variety of sauces.

I used hazelnuts instead of the walnuts and soaked each layer with amaretto before frosting. It was amazing!

This was great! I used a 16 oz. bag of shredded cheddar cheese instead of the processed cheese spread and it turned out wonderfully!

Watergate Salad

I also added two cans of fruit coctail, sans juice, to give the salad a little more color, flavor and texture.

Cheesy Hash Brown Bake

A good casserole but I felt the texture was too mushy with all the wet ingredients.

Baked Zucchini Chips

This was an okay recipe. The thicker you slice the zucchini the better.
