Crispy Herb Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2011
This was an excellent start; I added oregano and basil for the "herb". I also used chicken breasts. It tasted delicious, the cheese really shines on this one. My kids ate it right up. I only wish that the coating stuck a little more

Frog Cupcakes

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2011
How fun this was! My husband and I had more fun making these than our son, but the kids sure loved eating them

Honey-Glazed Pork Chops

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2010
These were heavenly! Perfectly sweetened, but not too over-the-top. I didn't quite get the coloring I was going for, but it's about how it tastes more than how it looks. Fantastic!

All Day Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2010
This smelled and looked amazing, but it was extremely bland and rubbery

Broccoli and Tomato Bake

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2010
I love tomatoes and broccoli and my husband loves goat cheese, so I really thought this was going to be a big hit. Neither one of us liked it. It was a little too sweet for me. I don't think the syrup was necessary. But it also had a strange bitterness

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2010
This was my first and last time having tilapia. It had way too much lemon, and the fish itself is very bland.

Slow Cooker Party Mix

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2010
This is such a wonderful snack. I usually use whatever cereals I have on hand. Keeping it in a big zip bag it lasts all week for a snack for my 2 1/2 year old.

Best Tuna Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2010
I loved this! It was a more adult version of the tuna casserole I grew up on, but then there's the twist with the chips that the kids love! The only thing I added was about 1/2 cup of chicken broth to help with the slight dryness.

Baked French Fries I

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2010
These fries are just about perfect. I think next time I might add just a little pinch of salt to help them crisp a bit more

Carrot Souffle

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2010
I followed the recipe exactly and don't feel it needs to be done any differently. It was excellent. It did not rise, but it didn't matter because it was so delicious. I am not very fond of carrots but this recipe has me sold. My husband likes carrots so I wanted to try something to enhance it and this was the recipe for that.

Mom's Baked Beans I

Best baked beans! I love the use of molasses versus traditional brown sugar

Ground Turkey Noodle Bake

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2010
This was a huge hit! The cream cheese sauce was delicious but I would use a full 8 oz package instead because the noodles tend to dry out during baking. I love the low calorie count, and it was a great meal to freeze and save for later

Aussie Beef and Peppers with Gnocchi

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2010
Gnocchi is such a bland pasta, I was looking for a good recipe to help liven the taste. This dish did not do that. It wasn't terrible, I'm just realizing gnocchi isn't the easiest or tastiest pasta to work with. Though, this recipe would probably work great with tortellini

Zesty Chicken Meatloaf

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2010
This was the absolute best meatloaf I have ever had! The only thing I did differently was use ground turkey. Thanks for sharing!

Polish Style Lasagna

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2008
This was a very tasty dish. A giant perogie! I love how creamy and smooth the cream cheese made the potatoes. Two things I might do next time is 1) double the amount of potatoes...was hard spreading it evenly with such a little amount, and 2) I love the crunchy onion topping, next time I might put that on top of each layer

Sage Pork Chops

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2008
I'm not a huge fan of pork, but this recipe may have converted me! Just while cooking it, the strong aroma of the sage was enough to make your mouth melt. Though a personal preference, next time I will not use as much pepper.
