My husband and I absolutely LOVE this recipe. We just made it over the weekend. INCREDIBLE flavor, aroma, and fulfilling. Tis the season for soups as the weather starts to get chilly. For those who like celery salt for seasoning, sprinkle on just before serving. Delicious!

Spinach Lasagna II

Brooklyn Girl's Penne Arrabiata

WOW. This recipe will be a favorite in our house for many years to come. We loved it. I used wheat penne and no one even knew the difference. I cut the red pepper flakes in half as we have picky little kids...turned out perfect. I've had the leftovers at least 3 times now and I'm still not tired of it...NOT a leftovers lover, but this really hits the spot. Thanks for a wonderful recipe.

Skillet Pork Chops with Potatoes and Onion

Absolutely the best pork recipe we've ever tasted. I love how the pork stays so moist and the flavor is excellent. This has made it's way into our weekly rotation for the winter months. Thanks for the wonderful recipe.
