Savory Chicken and Stuffing Bake

I altered this a little. I sprayed the pan with pam and put uncooked chicken tendars in first. I mixed one can of cream of chicken with 1/3 cup of sour cream, a couple tablespoons of milk, a little parsley and black pepper, and poured over the chicken. I topped it with the prepared stuffing mix and baked at 375 for 20 mins. covered and another 10 uncovered. It was delicious!

Easy Apple Crisp

I liked this but it was too sweet. I made it again using only 1/2 cup of water and 1/4 cup of brown sugar. Baked it for 40 mins at 350. It was delicious!

Strawberry Pie II

Good recipe! I made a few modifications based on my mother's strawberry pie recipe. I used only 1/2 cup of water and added one tablespoon of lemon juice and one tablespoon of butter to the mashed strawberries after they were cooked. I didn't simmer the entire 10, mins., just until the mixture looked thick and clear enough. I also let it cool down slightly before pouring into the pie shell. Delicious!

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

I made this as written with the exception of adding a little extra chicken broth and about 3/4 of a pkg of cream cheese. I thought it was a little bland. Might be because I used the Good Seasons Mild Italian Dressing mix rather than the regular. I will probably try this again with a full packet of the regular dressing mix and a little white wine.

Spinach and Tortellini Salad

Excellent! Made this with a 20 oz. package of tortellini, 6 oz. of fresh spinach, 1/2 cup shredded asiago cheese and used 1/2 cup of the Good Seasons Mild Italian salad dressing.

Cream Cheese Fruit Dip

Made this with 1/2 cup of brown sugar instead of 3/4 cup. I think it would have been too sweet with 3/4 cup of sugar. Very good and easy to make!

Baked Chicken and Stuffing

This was good, but still a little dry on top after baking it covered for 30 min. and uncovered for 15. Next time I would add 1 full cup of chicken broth with the stuffing mix as other reviewers suggested.

Tuscan Soup

Everyone in the family loved this soup! I used turkey italian sausage and added 1/2 tsp of minced garlic and some fresh ground pepper. I will definitely make this again.

Banana Blueberry Muffins

I thought this was a good healthy muffin recipe. I did make some changes, used 4 ripe bananas, 2 eggs instead of 4 egg whites, used 1/2 cup of brown sugar instead of 1/3. Also, I used frozen blueberries. The came out moist and did rise quite a bit. I had to cook them a couple of extra minutes. I think next time I will try sprinkling them with sugar in the raw for a little more sweetness and maybe add extra blueberries.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Great recipe! This will now replace my standard cut out cookie recipe that I've been using for years. I chilled the dough well and baked them at 375 for about 9 minutes. 400 degrees just sounded too high and I don't like my cookies too crispy.

Slow Cooker Lancaster County Pork and Sauerkraut

This came out great with a few modifications. I added 1/2 of a large chopped sweet onion to the bottom of the slow cooker. I mixed together 1 chopped apple, a bag of sauerkraut (rinsed), 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and 1 cup of apple cider. I put about 1/2 of the mixture under the roast and 1/2 on top of the roast. Delicious!

Chicken Pot Pie IX

I made this recipe as written, with the exception of adding a pinch of Wegmans Herbes De Provence. I thought the amount of liquid was perfect, not dry at all. My husband and daughter loved it.

Maple Salmon

This was my first attempt at cooking fish of any kind in many years! I'm not a huge salmon fan, but this tasted great! Very tender and flavorful. The 20 min. cooking time was perfect.
