Oyakodon (Japanese Chicken and Egg Rice Bowl)
This is a great recipe! I substituted chicken with beef (called Tanindon - "Tanin" means "unrelated" because egg and beef are not related to each other!). I also added spinach and mushroom.

Valencian Savory Empanadas
I love this recipe! This time, I cooked empanadas with tuna instead of ham, without onion. Also, used a packaged dough sold in a typical Spanish supermarket "masa de empanadillas".
