Cranberry Nut Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2007
This is a keeper! The bread is very moist and full of flavor. I made a total of 12 mini-loaves for gifts. I baked 4 mini-loaves at a time for 25 minutes each batch. There are a lot of cranberries in every bite. If you don't want the bread to be too tart, I recommend using 1 to 1-1/4 cups of cranberries.

Tropical Strawberry

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2008
This smoothie was just okay. It was a little on the tart side for my taste. I don't think I'd consider it "a keeper".

Strawberry Milkshake Supreme

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2010
Taste great, but next time I would try decreasing the amount of sugar. It was a little too sweet. Although my niece says it was delicious and fantastic!

Kellogg's® Chocolate Scotcheroos

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2010
They were good, but I probably wouldn't make them again. It took hours before the chocolate/ butterscotch mixture got cool enough to cut into bars and the rice crispy had a somewhat stale feeling to them. Nothing like the original Rice Krispy treat.

Great flavor! The marinade was perfect for 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts. Definitely will make them again!

All-Around Good Smoothie

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2010
This smoothie tastes great! My husband has requested to have one every morning. I substituted the flax seeds for 1 Tablespoon of flax oil.

Blueberry Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2010
I made 2 loaves out of the batter. The bread was good, but not as moist as I expected it to be. My family enjoyed it.

Blueberry Oat Bars

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2010
Mmmm, so good! I followed the recipe exactly the way it was written. Wouldn't change a thing. When making the bars I used fresh blueberries and cut the butter in thin slices so that it would blend easily. Definitely will make these again!

Sara's Iced Coffee

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2010
So good! I followed another users suggestion to pour the sugar mixture into the coffee and cool it altogether. I only had French Vanilla coffee creamer on hand and that made it taste great! I don't need to go to McDonald's or Starbucks for iced coffee again!

Parmesan Chicken II

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2010
Tastes great and easy to make! I added bread crumbs to the mixture. Also cooked it for the full 45 minutes for 6 large drumsticks. Will definitely make it again.

Chicken Marsala

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2011
I followed the recipe exactly as it's written. The chicken was very tender, but the sauce had an unusual taste. That could be because I'm not used to cooking with wine. Not sure, but it turned out just okay. I did like how quick and easy it was, but I wouldn't make it again.

Penne with Chicken and Asparagus

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2011
This dish was simple and easy to make. The only thing missing was that I think it could have used a little more chicken broth. It was slightly dry with not a lot of flavor. Overall a good dish.

Black Beans, Corn, and Yellow Rice

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2011
This is an easy dish to prepare and a great way to change up the usual boring rice. I stuck with the directions on the package of rice and used 2 cups of water instead of 1 1/4. Next time I will prepare the rice as directed on the package and then add the mixture of corn and beans. I will also add some cilantro to give it a bit more flavor. My family enjoyed it.

Sweet 'n' Tangy Pork Chops

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2012
Great recipe! My picky husband approves! I doubled the recipe for 4 pork chops and there was plenty of sauce to serve over brown rice and broccoli. I also seasoned the pork chops with onion powder, garlic powder, and a little bit of cayenne pepper. I'll definitely make this again. Very fast and easy!

I didn't care too much for this recipe. The acorn squash wasn't soft and tender. Wouldn't make this again.

Crescent Mummy Dogs

Cute and yummy, but takes some effort to wrap the hot dog with thin slices of dough. I would make this for my kids again next Halloween.
