Strawberry Coffee Cake
served at my annual Christmas brunch and it was a hit-too bad I didn't get to taste it, will have to make again!

Baked French Toast
Super good-I followed the advice of only using heavy cream and not milk. I sprinkled with white sugar instead of brown. Yummy!

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake
Super yummy and easy to make! Pumpkin taste is not too strong so for those who don't like pumpkin pie, they will probably still like this!
