Spinach Artichoke Hummus with Roasted Red Peppers

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2010
I love hummus and I love spinart dip, but this did not work for me. It didn't taste like either one. :( I'll stick to one or the other.

Baba Ghanoush

This came out okay. It was too liquidy and needed more spices.

Shrimp Scampi ala Norelllaura

Reviewed: Jul. 18, 2009
Easy and delicious! I had never cooked shrimp before, but these came out cooked "to perfection." I used jarred roasted red peppers rather than raw because of their texture and flavor of the oil.

Holiday Peppermint Bark

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2008
This is easy and delicious. Like others, I did a layer of dark chocolate first, refrigerated it, then repeated with white chocolate. White chocolate morsels don't melt as well. When I spread the melted white on it started to melt the dark, so make sure the bottom layer is cold or it will smudge. I used a double boiler. Also, I used crushed candy canes rather that individual candies. That way I didn't have to unwrap so many. The bark is very yummy and looks pretty, but it melts in your hand so make bite-sized pieces.

Streusel Topped Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2008
I loved these muffins and so did my boyfriend. The streusal topping is yummy! We made a big batch so we'd have them for breakfast during the workweek and they stayed nice and moist (in tupperware) for about a week.

Easy Alfredo Sauce I

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2008
This recipe is super-easy and delicious. I'd never made alfredo sauce before and it came out delicious. I would add some garlic to the melting better and make sure you use fresh grated cheese. A little fresh ground pepper and you're done!
