This is easy and delicious. Like others, I did a layer of dark chocolate first, refrigerated it, then repeated with white chocolate. White chocolate morsels don't melt as well. When I spread the melted white on it started to melt the dark, so make sure the bottom layer is cold or it will smudge. I used a double boiler. Also, I used crushed candy canes rather that individual candies. That way I didn't have to unwrap so many. The bark is very yummy and looks pretty, but it melts in your hand so make bite-sized pieces.
