Chicken Katsu

Love it. Make with chicken or pork whatever I have in the fridge. Make the Katsu sauce from allrecipes and serve over plain ramen noodles mixed with the katsu sauce :)

Prosciutto-Wrapped Chicken Breasts with Herbed Goat Cheese

One of the best things I have ever made, and I use this site at least 4 times a week. A HUGE favorite of my husband, easy and quick for company, I used figs because I didnt have dates and it was still a 5star dish, next time I will try as intended. THANK YOU!

Delicious, my fiance said it was one of the best meals I've ever made. Added mushrooms to sauce, doubled it, and served with mashed potatoes and asparagus.

Phenominal...will make as often as possible. I also added garlic and sliced chicken sausage to the mixture, and breadcrumbs in the end. It was a huge hit.

High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast

Delicious! I used salt, pepper, fresh minced garlic, worcestershire, and rosemary to season, cooked my 3 pound roast for 21 mins, and let sit for like 1 1/2 hours. It was juicy and delicious...we made it last night and just sliced the leftovers for sandwiches. I will always use this!

World's Best Lasagna

Perfect. Delicious. I make double the sauce and freeze it. It takes a lot of work, but worth every second. Use the lasagna noodles that you dont have to boil, it saves me time and effort and is easier to stack the lasagna neatly with the drier noodles.

Chicken Marsala

My boyfriend and I LOVED this. I made it with lots of baby portabello mushrooms, and I also threw onions and garlic in with the butter and oil before I placed the chicken in. I also doubled the sauce like others. I took the chicken out when it was done cooking, added corn starch and a little heavy cream to the sauce and it was just how we liked it. I served with mashed garlic red potatoes, I think its our new favorite dinner! :)

we LOVE this one. I make extra sauce, cook snow peas and mix the chicken with the peas and the extra sauce and serve over white rice. one of my all time faves from this site.

Kielbasa Cabbage Skillet

it was good. I served it over buttered egg noodles with a spoonful of sour cream on top. not the best thing i have made, but certainly a good, easy, inexpensive, and filling meal.
