I made this on Sunday for my husband's birthday and it got rave reviews from the crowd of 15! I seasoned and trimmed the fat from two 4 lb pork rump roasts and put them in the crock pot with 4 cans or root beer and cooked on high for 4 hours. When I got home over 5 hours later, I had a hard time getting the 4 pounder out of the crock pot because it was falling apart. After shredding the meat I added 1/2 bottle of Sweet Baby Ray's Chipotle BBQ sauce and 1/2 bottle of their Hickory Brown sugar and returned the meat to the crock pot and put on warm. Delicious!
