I made this for my son's graduation party. I have never made pulled pork before so I was a little nervous. The butcher recommended pork shoulder, which is also called Boston butt. I cooked the pork in the crock pot, drained it, pulled it and added Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce on Thursday. Reheated it to serve it Friday evening. I had rave reviews from my guests. I made 10 pounds of meat and there was nothing left. Except for using a different cut of meat, I made the recipe exactly as written and it was wonderful! Thank you to Lori Wagner for such a great recipe!
