Shrimp and Asparagus

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2007
This was delicious. I changed it a little, I didn't put as much butter and oil but I added some basil and oregano. And cooked the parmesan cheese into the pasta. Very simple and very good!

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2007
Awesome! My sister and sister-in-law were talking about it and I was blown away when I finally got around to making it. I would safely say that I never even liked roast beef and/or french dips. With this recipe- I love them!

Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2007
This was great! Next time I'll steam them for a bit before I put them in the oven. I followed the recipe instructions and thought it was wonderful without changing the balsamic vinegar and soy sauce. I'll definitely make this one again.

Yakisoba Chicken

This was awesome! I lived in Japan for a year and ate some of the best yakisoba. This was right up there! Thanks for the great recipe!

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2007
My husband told me he loved them without even tasting them. These were honestly so great and easy to make. The pictures do no justice, I'm not a great cook or anything and mine looked much more put together than the pictures. The bacon added a great flavor. Thanks for such a great recipe! Definite 5 Stars!

Oven Baked Potato Wedges

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2007
These were wonderful! I put olive oil in a zip lock baggie and shook the wedges in there to coat. I crushed up crutons and put them in a second baggie with some extra salt and pepper. I then shook up the wedges in the second baggie. I cooked them on 450 until brown without turning. Absoulutely wonderful! I will definitely make these again. So easy to make and better than french fries because you can actually taste the potato. And as a bonus, my husband loved them! He dipped them in ranch and said he wouldn't have changed a thing about them!

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies I

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2007
These are awesome! I added a little vanilla and only used 1.5 cups of chocolate chips and 1.5 cups of rolled oats. One spoonfull really spread out into a large cookie. These were a little crispier than a falling apart soft cookie but they were great! For anyone who loves chocolate chip cookies, this is a nice twist!

Delicious Raspberry Oatmeal Cookie Bars

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2007
These were delicious and so easy to make! This definitely needs to be mixed by hand to get the crumble texture. These would go great with a warm cup of coffee!

Sweet and Sour Chicken III

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2007
This was awesome! The first recipe I've ever made from all recipes! I doubled the sauce like others suggested, added a little ketchup for some red color. Didn't use any ginger, added onions and substituted water chestnuts for carrots. Great consistency. My husband loved it, he said he wouldn't change a thing. I like a little bit more of a kick, maybe a little spicy sauce would be good.
