Beef Enchiladas

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2010
i left out the cottage cheese, and instead of tomato sauce i used stewed tomatoes and instead of green chiles i used jalepenos. I put the sauce ingrediants into blender and pureed.

Venison Fingers

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2009
fantastic! doubled the breading recipe. use a tenderizer to soften the meat. the honey mustard is to die for, beats any store bought or restuarant by a long shot. great for pot lucks or to watch the game. i used an electric skillet and just flipped them to save oil instead of deep frying. enjoy!

Maine Lobster Lasagna

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2008
This was great however i didn't use the lobster instead i used shrimp and scallops. This makes enough for a family. So have a few friends over and make a salad with some garlic bread.

Ground Beef Stroganoff

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2008
This has to be the best Stroganoff on earth. I did add 1 can cream of mushroom an upped the sour cream to 3/4 and the mayo down to a 1/4. This is so fast and simple to make let alone awesome. This is a must try! Thanks for this one it will definitely get used and passed on!

Chicken Breasts Stuffed with Perfection

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2008
This recipe definitely makes a lot. I recommend cutting it in half ecspecially if it is only for 2 people. I actually made 5 breasts and still had way too much sauce left over. But other than that this is very good. I had this with baked sweet potatoes, they complemented each other well i thought.

Pizza with Pepper, Onion and Feta

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2008
I cooked smoked sausage and added it as well to give it a little more punch. i used homemade dough so i cooked it about 5 minutes longer for a crispier crust. This was a very good and definitely didn't need any pizza sauce.
