Mixture for Meatballs, Meatloaf or Burgers

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2011
Yummy!!! I made meatballs for subs. I only used 2 eggs because that seemed like enough and I am glad I did. I didn't have steak sauce so I used worchestshire instead. I baked them at 350 for 25 minutes then added to the home made sauce I made. Will make again!!

General Tao Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2010
Very yummy! I only used 4 tbs of ketchup and added 1 tbs garlic chili sauce. Also added cayenne pepper. Next time I will double the egg, flour mixture as my last batch didn't have as much coating as the previous batches.

AWESOME. My family loved it. The only change I made was omitting pepper flakes and anchovy paste.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2010
I followed other reviews and added additional liquid.....it was to runny. But it was still AWESOME. I cooked chicken and veggies in broth and added sage and poultry seasoning. Added a small pinch of nutmeg and 2 garlic cloves to onion mixture and combined the to mixtures and poured onto precooked shell. Will make again without the extra liquid.

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2008
Very tasty!! I made a few changes. Omitted the butter and used extra olive oil, garlic, basil, diced tomatoes and a dash of rosemary. Also used couscous instead of pasta. Could be eaten on its own or add some chicken. Will make again.
