what a great new way to make broccoli! And you dont lose any nutrients in the cooking process like you do in steaming. I did not use the lemon juice but instead i sprinlked some lemon pepper seasoning on top before cooking, added just that tiny hint of lemon. I would recommend that for people who are wary of the lemon flavor in this recipe. It is perfect cooked for 15 minutes. I left it in for 20 once and it started to burn.

Olive Blasta Pasta

everyone enjoyed this. I added artichokes and substituted grape tomatoes for sundried. since there alot of mediterranean flavors here, i marinaded the chicken in greek dressing and Cavender's greek seasoning first. Chicken came out very tasty. To make more of a sauce to coat the noodles i added chicken stock and a small amount of tomato sauce at the end. Great recipe!

excellent for an olive lover. These olive recipes always seem to be a bit salty though. I topped this on top of greek style hummus and served with pita triangles. I once added basil and that is good too.

Pasta Primavera with Italian Turkey Sausage

ive made this a bunch of times and it is always amazing. Usually add a can of diced tomatoes instead of fresh, the extra liquid helps to make is saucier. You really can use any veggies you want. Last time i added eggplant, great addition but i would recommend sauteing it a little first since it was still a little tough in the short time it cooks with the recipe. I have also added tomato sauce before which is also good if you want a thicker sauce.

Tomato Bisque II

my husbands favorite soup now! I increased the amount of basil. I always just use two large cans of crushed tomatoes. Ive made this a ton of times and it always impresses!

Delicious Rosemary Bread

Great bread! I used even more rosemary, and after I did the egg brush i sprinkled extra italian seasoning and some garlic powder on top. Superb! Diped it in olive oil with fresh cracked pepper. Went fantastic with the tomato bisque recipe from this site.

Artichoke Chicken

Hubby said this is his fravorite new recipe. I did make some changes...used fresh cracked pepper, one garlic clove, marinated the chicken in the artichoke juice, added mushrooms and breadcrumbs. I only had garlic and herb mayo so i used that. Used that, sour cream, and alfredo sauce, was not oily or greasy at all. Also added frech chives from the garden. Results were awesome!

Gourmet Mushroom Risotto

this was excellent! I added a garlic clove to the shallots. I tasted it midway through adding the broth and it was very salty, so I substituted 2 cups hot water for the last two cups of broth. I think next time I will just use low sodium broth. Thanks for the recipe!
