Sesame Pasta Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2015
I am giving it five stars even though I did as others said and cut the oil to 1/3 cup. My second attempt, I added about 5 cups fresh spinach, no cilantro, 1/4 cup parsley. It was a hit with the family. The dressing is the secret that makes this so good.

Baked Pork Chops I

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2011
Hubby's favorite meat is pork chops. He loved this recipe. I had to use Cream of Chicken - had no C of Mushroom. It was still good. I did shorten the cooking time to one hour total because of previous review and it was just right. Thank you for the reciipe.

Eggs Benedict Breakfast Pizza

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2010
We love eggs benedict and we loved this recipe. I fixed it for Christmas morning and even my picky grandsons loved it. The only problem I had was finding .9ounce package of hollandaise sauce. I had to use the 1.25 ounce and follow the package directions for the amount of milk and butter and it still turned out good. Thank you Lou we will be using this often.

Turkey Burrito

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2009
I printed this recipe out in 2004. Came back in to get another copy for my sister and wow! What happened to the ingredients?? The original only had 3 1/2 or 4 cups of broth and the stuffing, potatoes, gravy all changed amounts. Not good.

Delish!! I do use water pack tuna and it is still really good. I have also used cooked chicken as well. Serve these often to company at our cabin. Everyone loves it.

Turkey Pot Pie I

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2007
This was delicious. I hate to change things but I did just a little. I added a can of cream of chicken soup for more liquid and instead of pie crust I used leftover stuffing for the top. As people say, "this is a keeper".
