Nat's Shrimp and Veggie Stuffed Zucchini

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2011
Made this last night for dinner and it was fantastic. The boyfriend was nervous about it and didn't think he'd like it but he ended up loving it and wishing I had more huge zuchini so I can make it again.

increased cracker crumbs by 1/4 cup as other reviewers suggested and only used flakes in the onion soup mix as submitter suggested. this meatloaf was fantastic! my boyfriend loved it, he ate 1/2 the meatloaf and then the leftover piece as a sandwich at work the following day.

Chicken Wing Dip

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2007
Great stuff. I use one bar of cream cheese mixed with one jar of MARIE's Blue cheese dressing OR ranch. I layer mine with a mix of the chicken marinated in Franks red hot buffalo sauce then the dressing/cream cheese mixure in a casserole dish, top with shredded chedda and bake 350 for 20-30 minutes. WONDERFUL!!! Frito's scoops and celery go great with it.

Monday Night Hot Wing Dip

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2007
I call this dip buffalo chicken dip and it is GREAT!!! I usually bake the chicken since boiling it makes a mess of the pan. I marinate the shredded chicken in Franks Red Hot Buffalo sauce. While that's happening, mix a bar of cream cheese and a jar of MARIE's blue cheese OR ranch dressing together. Then layer that mixure and the shredded chicken in a cassarole dish with shredded chedda on top. 350 for 20-30 minutes, good to go! I am ready for some FOOTBALL.

Aunt Mary's Banana-Chocolate Chip Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2007
I really liked this recipe and the boys did too!!! I added Walnuts and it was just great, more like a dessert then a bread. Best out of the oven with a little butter, it is gone before it has the chance to cool all the way!!!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2007
This is a great recipe but I have some alterations that make it WAY BETTER! I use fresh chicken, bake it, shred it, Marinate that in Franks Red hot (with tobasco for those who like it really hot). Combine Marie's Blue cheese dressing (they make a lite one too) and a bar of cream cheese together. Then layer in a casserole dish (chicken, cream cheese/dressing, chicken). Top with shredded cheese. 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve with Fritos scoops and celery!!!! Men love it...great football food!!!
