Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies III

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2008
These were very yummy. I would add less salt next time. 1/4 tsp would be plenty since there is salt in the peanut butter already. We enjoyed these though.

Tasty Lentil Tacos

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2008
Wow! These were great! This is such an affordable meal too. My husband LOVED them and my sister was over for dinner. She is VERY picky and she had 2! I didn't add chicken stock because I didn't have any and they still turned out great. Will use next time though for more flavor. Thanks for this healthy, inexpensive, delicious recipe!!

This recipe was okay. It seemed a little on the bland side. I'll have to experiment with it next time.

Minestrone Soup I

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2008
We really enjoyed this! I doubled the recipe and pureed a couple of cups of it for baby food for my 9 month old twins. They loved it as much as I did! I sauted the veggies in olive oil and I used 1 can of cannelini beans and one can of kidney beans. I omitted the cabbage. The flavors were wonderful! Didn't even need to add salt to it. Very delish!

Hearty Wheat Yeast Rolls

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2008
These were pretty good. I am not very good at making bread, but they were pretty easy. They didn't get quite as fluffy...they seemed a bit dense. But the flavor was great. I brushed with olive oil and sprinkled parsley and garlic salt on. My husband and kids really enjoyed them.

Asian Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2008
The dressing was WONDERFUL! I added some chopped cilantro, sliced red bell pepper and roasted asparagus (so yummy!). I just roasted the asparagus in the oven at 350 for about 20 minutes after tossing it in olive oil and salt and pepper. It really adds a nice nutty flavor and cruch to the salad. I will be making this again and again!

These were a huge hit! Imade these for my husband's work party and they were gobbled up! They were soft and delicious! They held their shape and didn't puff up so they were easy to cut out and decorate. Will use these for all my holiday cookie decorating!

Sugar Cookie Frosting

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2007
This was a great frosting recipe. It smoothed on the cookies wonderfully! It also worked great to pipe embellishments onto the cookies. I blended the shortning and milk then added the p-sugar 1 cup at a time. Smooth and creamy! They were great on sugar cookies found on this site.
