Okay, I'm not a big chili fan, but even I was excited to eat the leftovers, it was soooo good! We'll never make another kind! FYI, this makes A LOT of chili, so you may want to halve the recipe, or maybe freeze some. We gave half of ours to some friends to take home and we still had plenty of leftovers! I used one poblano pepper (instead of 2 green) and I omitted the tabasco and it still had a good after-burn, but was mild enough for my 19 month old.
