Maple Pancakes

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2007
This was the first time I've made pancakes without a mix and they were really good! I used whole wheat flour so they were nice and thick. I also added some cinnamon and all spice as some others have suggested. It had a nice sweet wholesome taste! Really simple and easy.

Spaghetti Squash I

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2007
This was quite amazing. This was my first time having spaghetti squash and I found I really enjoyed the crunchy texture and am so excited to experiment further. I did not use tomatoes but instead added avocado, green pepper and artichoke hearts...salt and pepper to taste. My taste buds are satisfied! Thanks!

Easy Fettucine Alfredo

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2007
It wasn't bad but it wasn't good. The consistency/texture was odd/grainy...but maybe odd just because I was comparing it to alfredo. Maybe it should just be called something else...like lemony, creamy, milky sauce pasta!

Rice and Raisin Breakfast Pudding

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2007
SOOOO DELICIOUS!! I also used less cardamom than the recipe calls for and chopped walnuts instead of almonds...simply wonderful. I've never liked rice pudding before, to be honest, and thought I'd give it another go. I'm glad I found this recipe. Thanks!
