Even grandmothers had to learn how to cook scrambled eggs.
This has been my mantra the last few weeks as I embark on the adventure of learning to cook.
I have been married for almost 5 years and my husband and I have subsisted mostly on frozen pizza, grilled cheese sandwiches, and…
I'm a working mom who secretly desires to be the next Martha Stewart. I am always looking for new recipes to try and creative ways to rerrange my living room furniture. :)
My favorite things to cook
willing to try just about anything
My cooking triumphs
My husband's Grandmother makes a killer mashed potato casserole. After repeated attempts that resulted in underseasoned and lumpy creations, I can proudly say that I make one incredible mashed potato casserole.
My cooking tragedies
Frosted Fudge Brownies with batter that never completed cooking.....homemade biscuits that looked and tasted like hockey pucks....baked potato soup that tasted of burnt flour.....sigh
