Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2009
I've been making this recipe for a decade and it's always a hit! I always add a layer of shredded sharp cheddar cheese about 10 min before it comes out of the oven. Very tasty!

Apple-tini

Excellent! Made these for New Years' Eve party and they were very popular. I used Grey Goose and they were very smooth and tasty. The sugar/cinnamon on the rim is the perfect foil for the tanginess of the drink.

Pumpkin Cheesecake II

Best cheesecake!! This is definitely worth the effort. I couldn't find mace either, so used the nutmeg. But everyone who tried this loved it!

Happy Hippy Stuffing

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2011
As a lifelong vegetarian I am always looking for interesting recipes for the holidays. I made this for Thanksgiving this year to mixed reviews. I found it rather bland--I think due to the bread I used. The bread will make or break this recipe! I will know next time! I also will add some garlic and maybe more onions.

Robbi's M&M Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2008
This was a very easy and tasty recipe. My 4 year-old daughter helped me make these for Santa and she enjoyed placing the M&Ms on the cookies before baking.

High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2010
I'm a vegetarian, so I followed the instructions exactly when I made this for my family for Christmas dinner. I can't rate it myself, but my husband thought it was excellent--a teeny bit on the dry side, but the cut he purchased had almost zero fat on it. Will definitely cook this again!

Black Bean and Couscous Salad

Reviewed: Sep. 1, 2012
I made this yesterday for dinner. Really tasty and colorful. Easily adaptable. I didn't have any couscous so I used quinoa instead. I'm a vegetarian so I used water instead of chicken broth and substituted balsamic vinegar for red wine vinegar. Also used fresh-cooked corn instead of frozen. I will definitely make this again.

Spicy Bean Salsa

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2010
I agree with some of the other reviewers that using more fresh ingredients would be better. I made it exactly as stated, and it had a little bit of a "canned" taste. Still tasty, but will try it with fresh tomatoes, pepper and garlic next time.
