Homemade Peanut Butter Cups

I used dark chocolate instead. I just "glopped" a bit of the chocolate in each cup, refrigerated while I made the peanut butter filling, with creamy pb, after filling I put the remaining chocolate on right away. The warm pb filling stuck to the chocolate better. Yum!!,

Broccoli Chicken Crescent

I used the cream cheese instead of the sour cream. I also used the cheddar/mozzerella pre-shredded mix. I baked it at 350 for 25 minutes. It needs some sort of extra "kick". (But I like spicy things) Very good.

Easy Tiramisu Pie

I made two pies because I had to modify this recipe. I used 1pkg (4serving size) of chocolate flavor pudding. Made it the same as for the vanilla and also made the vanilla. I made the bottom layer chocolate and the top vanilla. Did everything else the same. Wonderful!!!

Chocolate Covered Strawberries

These were easy and yummy. I used a full bag of Ghirardelli 60% chocolate and half a bag of semi-sweet and scant 2 Tbls shortening. I dipped layed them on a freezer paper covered cookie sheet, set in fridge for half an hour then dipped again. When I had 6 berries left to dip the second time I added a pinch of Cayenne pepper to the chocolate. Delicious. I happen to like things with a bit of kick. I got 25 large berries and a small bit of choclate left over. I am going to give some for mother's day to friends who love dark chocolate.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

These cookies are awful.... awfully delicious..... they don't stay in my cookie jar, they put inches on the .... well you know what I mean.. I did the 1/2 cup sugar with 1 1/2 cup brown sugar and they are wonderful. I also use the gheridelli extra dark chocolate chips.... the bomb!!!!!
