My favorite things to cook
Jambalia, Gumbo, Lasagna Spagetti and meat balls I also love to make southern fried chicken and creamed chicken over bisquits. I may be most noted for my Chicken Paprikash which has a slightly smokey taste.
My favorite family cooking traditions
we all seem to gather in the kitchen at meal time and all kinda work as a team doing whatever is next in the prep for the meal. On Good Friday my sons and I prepare the beets and horseradish to go along with the baked ham and homemade paska bread.
My cooking triumphs
A huge bbq for nearly 250 people with a rost pig, 30 spit roasted chickens and boneless. skinless chicken thighs stuffed with homemade "Hot" Italian sausage and then grilled to a lovely golden brown and then placed into a vat of homemade Sauce to tender... SUPERB !!
My cooking tragedies
Swiss cheese and scrambled eggs was just not a taste anyone in the family didn't caregore..... Ended up throwing the whole lot away
