Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I

These were fantastic, I used a bit less butter, maybe 2/3 cup and they still turned out beautiful. It makes so much as well!! I took a dozen or more to work and they got wolfed down!! Thanks for the fantastic recipe. I also used chopped up Nestle Melts instead of chips (might be a New Zealand only ingredient?)

Vegan Chocolate Cake

I have made this twice now, once with the addition of plum jam and this is the best vegan cake recipe, EVER. My husband loves it too and he is a meat eater, it really is perfect, dense, moist, chocalatey. MMM. Im off to the kitchen to make it again now!!! Thanks for sharing the recipe.

World's Best Vegan Pancakes

This was ok, my husband loved it because they were chewy. I didnt like it so much. Im not sure whether this is because I made the batter to thick, or I added a mashed banana to the mix, or I used rice milk. Either way they were ok and I will try and improve on them next time.
