Flatlander Chili

This was my 1st homemade chili I've ever made and it was AMAZING!!!! I made the recipe as it and loved it..I will for sure be making it again!

Baked Ziti I

This was sooo good! I loved the layers, but instead of sour cream I used Ricotta cheese and it was great!! This recipe makes a lot, and so I ate the leftovers for a few days and they still tasted great. I will definately be making this again!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

I was so surprised at how well this turned out! It seems too easy! I cooked the soup and chicken all night and the next day while I was at work on low, then added the biscuts whenever I got home and turned the slow cooker up to high for about 2 hours. I was amazing at how well the biscuts turn into dumplings. This was soo good and so easy to make!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

The bread is AMAZING!!! I love everything pumpkin, so I was really excited whenever I found this recipe. I had never had pumpkin bread brefore and I was blown away by how good this was. I will be making this every year from now on!! Yum!!

Twice Baked Potatoes II

These were so good!!! This was my first time making twice baked potatoes...I'm not a big sour cream fan so I used ranch dip instead, and also added a little garlic powder and parmesean cheese to the mix........I topped with shredded cheese...delicious!!

BBQ Chicken Pizza

Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge

My 1st time making fudge and this was really, really good!! I added marshmallow and pecans. I put the marshmallows in the dish and stuck it in the freezer while I prepared the fudge and poured it over the cold marshmallows. I will make this again for sure!

Seven Layer Taco Dip

This dip is soo good! I'm not a big veggie fan, so instead of tomatoes, I just used a can of Rotel. I also added hamburger meat with taco seasoning. This could be eaten as a meal...it is wonderful!

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

I thought this was an ok recipe. It didn't have a lot of flavor and wasn't as cheesy as other recipes I've tried. I added a little bit of Frank's hot sauce to it to give it a little more flavor to use up some of the leftovers. If you haven't tried hot sauce in your mac and cheese you should try it!! It's awesome!

Marbled Pumpkin Cheesecake

I love anything pumpkin and cheesecake, so I made this last Thanksgiving. It was good, but I don't think I would make it again. It didn't seem to have enough flavor. I followed the recipe and it turned out just the way it was supposed to...I was just a little disappointed.

Corn Casserole III

I was just introduced to caron casserole a couple of year ago and my boyfriend's family always had it during holiday dinners. This was my 1st try at it and I was worried that it might be different from his grandma's recipe. I had heard of people using cheese and some different things but wow, this was AWESOME!! It tasted just like I wanted it to. Thanks!

I have been making taco soup for a few years and I absolutely love it!! With tortillas chips and cheese on top....you couldn't ask for anything better. We add lots of tabasco to ours because we love it to be extra spicy!

Pepper-Honey Cedar Plank Salmon

Oh my gosh this salmon is AMAZING!! We are big fans of salmon and usually use the same recipe so last night I decided to try this (it was also our first time using a cedar plank). WOW, the sauce is sooo good. we cooked some white rice and I added a little bit of the sauce to the rice along with some extra soy sauce to make it not so thick. The flavor was delicious and we will definately be making this more often. Thanks for a WONDERFUL recipe!!
