Sugar Cookie Frosting

My go-to icing recipe for sugar cookies. It's easy to decorate with, sets up stiff enough to stack and actually tastes pretty good, too. I like using this a lot more than royal icing. I will never use royal icing again. This is so much better!

Onion Dijon Crusted Catfish

The mustard and onion flavors were way too overpowering in this recipe. Next time I will use sweet onion instead of yellow onion and add some mayo to cut back on the mustard flavor. I see the potential in this one so I won't give up on it!

Healthy Banana Cookies

This gets 5 stars for the flexibility of the recipe to add whatever the heck you want in it and for being a healthy after school snack alternative for my kids!
