Anniversary Chicken I
I was really skeptical about mixing the teriyaki sauce with the ranch sauce but once again, Allrecipes did not fail me! Based on the reviews, I just had to try this recipe and it was DELICIOUS! I didn't fry the chicken first, just threw it in the over. The chicken was moist and VERY savory! I don't recommend adding any additional salt or seasonings because the mixture of sauces along with the bacon (I used bacos real bacon bits) made it pretty salty. I also think that mixing the ranch and the teriyaki was a good idea. All in all, a fabulous recipe. I'll be making again very soon! Perfect for company - something a little different to serve. The only thing I think I'd change is the name. :-) I think I'll dub this, "loaded baked potato chicken".

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
AWESOME! So moist and delicious! I made a slightly more healthy version. I used used one cup of wheat flour in place of one cup of regular. I also used 2 cups of sugar and a half cup of honey. In place of the oil I used all applesauce. Definitely a keeper! The muffins turned out fluffy and tasty! Perfect for fall. Next time around I'll use the exact same recipe but add some cranberries. Mmmmm!
