Delicious Egg Salad for Sandwiches

Reviewed: May 9, 2011
My husband and I love this recipe! I've made it several times in the past month. I make two changes--spicy brown mustard in place of yellow mustard, and a few tablespoons of dill relish in place of the onion. Thanks for the recipe!

Stir-Fried Beef on Lettuce

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2007
This was wonderful. I was skeptical about using lettuce but I went for it and it was great! Instead of mushrooms and snowpeas, I used bell pepper, carrots, and water chestnuts, due to personal taste. Other than that, excellent!

This was...ok. I added A LOT of garlic as well as some italian seasoning and minced onion, and also topped with italian breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese. It still came out bland. Next time, I will use a lot more garlic

Fried Apple Rings

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2007
This was exceptional! I didn't have a tart apple so I used a sweet one and it was still wonderful. I cut in thinner strips, added some cinnamon and nutmeg, and ate the rings on top of buttered toast. Absolutely delicious

Best Brownies

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2007
i'm sitting here right now licking the bowl and i have to say that these are the most wonderful brownies i've ever had. i didn't make the frosting, so i can't rate that but if it's as delicious as the brownies it's a 5-star recipe too!

Creamy Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2007
I thought this was delicious. I threw some green onions in the bowling water for both the noodles and the chicken. I had no peas so I used celery and carrots. I also added some garlic to the soup and milk mixture. After mixing everything together I added some salt for a little extra flavor. Very tasty! Very creamy!
