Very good. Was told to put this on the permanent rotation! Used skinless, boneless chicken breasts, way less butter (actually used benecol), upped the curry. shook in a little onion and garlic powder and a dash of cayenne. Mixed the honey and the rest of the mixture right in my casserole dish. Didn't have too much time so put the oven up to 400 degrees - 15 minutes covered with foil and then 15 minutes uncovered. My basting was just flipping the chicken after the first 15 minutes. Served it with basmati rice and a mixture of veggies. Super easy and super good.
