Buttermilk Pancakes II

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2011
By far one of the best recipes for buttermilk pancakes I've even found. Very moist, very thick, infact a bit too thick. I thinned them out by doubling the milk, PERFECT!!! They brown nicely, light and fluffy, great taste, watch out, they make ALOT!!!!

Best Ever Banana Bread

I have to make 5 loaves minimum when ever I make. There is never any left to take home, so I'm always pleased to make it!

Slow Cooker Creole Black Beans and Sausage

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2009
I started making this for a softball team that I cook for on Sundays. Then for my sisters and brother. As of yet I havent' found anyone that doesn't like these beans with sausage. I use dry beans and soap them two days and rinse about 4 times during that soaking time. I also go for the slow and low method, low heat and up to 12 hours in the slow cooker. Melt-in-your-mouth GOODNESS!!

Honey Walnut Shrimp

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2007
I've been looking for this recipe for a while so I'm very glad to have found it. There is just one thing, the restaurants that I have been to that have it, it looks nothing like the photo in the main recipe. The pics in Joanna S. is EXACTLY what I'm looking for. How do I get it to not look like shrimp in a pile of mayo? Simply not add as much? Any suggestions?
