Its the best when we go somewhere and my not-at-all picky husband doesnt like something because he says "Thats not how you make it"

Nothing particular, but its hard when you try something new, waste money and ingredents and it bombs!!

Japanese Potsticker Dip

This was so good! I made it to go along with Butternut squash potstickers and liked it so much I made it again and used it as dressing for grilled chicken salad.

Spinach and Strawberry Salad

I make this but use red wine vinegar instead of white, add the juice of a whole lemon, my family calls it the "pink lemonade dressing". A great salad for a hot summer day!
