Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2009
This was so simple and had great flavor. And it is even better with cheese and sour cream on top.

Mexican Sour Cream Rice

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2009
This was EXCELLENT and a definite keeper. I added chicken to mine to make it a full meal. I also added 4 ounces of cream cheese to make it creamier. YUM!

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2008
This was so good and easy! While it was cooking I added white wine and worchshire sauce. I also used (extra) butter in place of the margarine. At the end I added in a nice healthy does of sour cream and served it over egg noodles.

Cabbage Jambalaya

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2007
Very good!! I used chicken broth in place of the water and I also used more cabbage and liquid than the recipe called for. To kick it up a notch I added more spices to make it more flavorful. I plan to make it again soon for when my husband goes hunting.

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2007
It was GREAT!!!! After reading other reviews I used pumpkin pie filling (instead of puree w/ all the spices). I also added some extra cinnamon, sugar and vanilla. To make it ever better I melted together a bag of caramels and a can of evaportated milk to make a caramel sauce. I drizzeled the caramel sauce over each slice before serving with some whip cream...YUM!

Marinated Baked Pork Chops

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2007
This was simple and tastey. I made mine with 4 pork chops...but still used all the sauce. My only changes were to salt and pepper the pork before adding the sauce, drain the dish before adding more sauce, and I added a little hot sauce to the mixture. Thanks for a great recipe that I don't have to run out and get all the ingredients for!
