Creamy Broccoli Soup
Really delicious, although I did make some minor changes. 1st, Used about 300g of Broccoli, as much as was in a bunch 2nd, NO FLOUR - I used 100ml of cream and 135 of milk and it was the perfect consistency 3rd, BLEND - once the broccoli is cooked with the onions in the stock, allow it to cool and then blend and add it back to the cooking pot Everything else about this recipe was perfect and its the BEST broccoli soup i've ever had!

Excellent, didnt use blender-didn't see the point. I just whisked it by hand in a bowl, came out delicious. Don't think it quite made 8, maybe 6-7. Had it with caramelized apple and vanilla ice cream mmmmmmm

Grilled Chicken with Herbs
I'm giving it 5 stars because i tweaked the recipe a LOT due to lack of ingredients. With the correct ones i'm sure it would have been fantastic too. Didnt have any balsamic vinegar so just added 2 tablespoons of regular malt vinegar with teaspoon of sugar! Had all driend herbs and no sage. Left to marinade for about 4 hours and the chicken was so soft, even b4 cooking! I think the trick 2 juicy chicken is vinegar in the marinade. Not dry at all, even had to pour away some of the juices from the chicken before plating up! Excellent
