Three Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2007
Absolutely delicious, what a great idea!!! As of other's suggestions, I added a bit of salt, baking soda and vanilla extract and baked them for 11 minutes instead of 8. They turned out perfect!!! Thank you for sharing this great recipe, it certainly is a winner!

Bermuda Fish Chowder

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2007
It's nice and tasty... but my hubby (who grew up in Bermuda) makes it a lot more spicy and fishy... still, it has a lovely taste in itself. Therefore, 3,5 stars.

Maple Salmon

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2007
Lovely! A tiny bit sweet to my taste, hubby loved it though. Next time I will try to add the ginger, see if that gives it more of a twang. Still, a great recipe!

Quick and Easy Vegetable Curry

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2007
Deeeeeeeelicous! I only gave it four stars because I added apple, potatoe and mushroom. And next time I will definitely use fresh ingredients, the frozen vegetables didn't quite taste as good (but we are spoiled that way). Thanks for the great recipe, it really tastes wonderful!

Flatlander Chili

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2007
It is extremely easy to make and very tasty! I forgot to buy the celery but it was still very good. The only tip I have: if you use tomatoe paste and fresh/canned tomatoe instead of the juice the recipe called for (as I did), don't drain the beans. I found it a bit dry the first batch I made, the second batch I left the juice in and it was perfect. Thanks for the wonderful recipe!

A Firefighter's Meatloaf

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2007
If I could give this 10 stars, I would. This is meatloaf to perfection!!! It is just yummy and everything about it is perfect, taste, texture, everything. I halved the recipe for two persons and instead of 60 + 15 minutes, I cooked this 45 + 15 minutes. Turned out perfect!

Kangaroo Chops

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2007
It was... ok. I did pre-boil the potatoes, which was good. It was a nice country meal, nothing spectacular, a bit bland. Yet if you are in a hurry, you might enjoy this quick meal, preparing only takes about 10 minutes and the oven does the rest. Worth a try, besides, not everybody's tastes are the same.

Tropical Pork Chops

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2007
I have been in marital bliss for over a year now, but so far never managed to get into the kitchen. The reason? Hubby loves to cook and he is really good at it. Moreover, he is a finnicky eater and not easily satisfied. However lately he has been very busy with his work, so I decided it's about time to get into the kitchen... my first time EVER. Honestly, I mean it, I have NEVER cooked a meal in my life (not counting boiling an egg). And I was never nervous about it, how will my first meal turn out? Anyway, after this long introduction I will get to the point: Tropical Pork Chops was my VERY FIRST home made meal ever, and it turned out GREAT. It was really easy to make, what is more important, Hubby loved it (yay!). I look forward to cook again, in fact I told hubby tomorrow is MY turn again! Thanks for posting this wonderful recipe. I like this site.
